Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Downport. Please read our refund policy carefully.
01Eligibility for Refunds
- You must request the refund within 7 days of your original purchase date.
- The refund applies if the application does not function as advertised on your supported macOS device.
- Refunds are generally not granted for change of mind after the 7-day window.
02Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
- Issues caused by using the software on unsupported macOS versions or hardware.
- Inability to download content due to third-party platform restrictions (e.g., YouTube blocking specific downloads), as these are external factors beyond our control.
- Failure to meet the minimum system requirements stated at the time of purchase.
03One-Time License Clarification
Please note that Downport Pro is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
This license grants you access to Pro features for the lifetime of the major version you purchased, including all minor updates and bug fixes. It does not automatically entitle you to future major version upgrades (e.g., v2.0), though upgrade pricing may be available.
04How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team via email. Include your order number or the email address used for purchase, along with a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
We typically review and respond to refund requests within 24–48 hours.
05Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately by our payment provider. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
